Welcome. We are Nancy and Brian Biggs, Owner Brokers of Prescott Home Realty.

We promise that you have come to the right place for all of your real estate needs. We realize that it is difficult to choose a REALTOR from a few sentences on a web page, but we hope that you will take the time to read a little about us.

We came to the Prescott area from Maryland, where we previously worked as Program Managers for a large aerospace company. We enjoyed managing multi-million dollar international defense projects. Both of us are highly educated; Nancy earned her MBA from SUNY Albany. After many successful years in aerospace, we decided to explore the country and find the most beautiful area to move to.

Well, here we are. We would love to help you move to this gorgeous area as well. After becoming agents, we quickly joined the top 3% of REALTORs in the Prescott area by completing 17 transactions in less than 12 months. After about 17 years in real estate, we have closed over 500 transactions and are still going strong. We are top selling agents in the Prescott area and have been, every year since we began. We typically sell 20-30 homes per year.
